Prom?

Though prom season is over there are still quite a few more out there or if not, the one for next year so some things that are adequate for prom especially if the theme was a masquerade ball.

Going to College!?

     Everyone dresses differently in College and it is the time to fully express oneself unless your high school did not make their students wear uniform. College comes with new set of responsibilities but hey, the good thing no one is constantly on you making you life impossible! Since there is no specific way to dress for College (in my opinion) I'm just going to post thing that I would wear to the college I'm going to. Since I want to look kinda dorky and geeky but with some fashion sense (what I think is fashion, I could be wrong) these are just some few examples of what I would like to wear...

Nomination: Best Supporting Actress for her role in American Hustle.
Gown: Red Dior dress
Jennifer Lawrence's dress is simple yet unique and just plainly beautiful, it speaks out that a dress needs no extravagant accessories to be picked as one of the best in the red carpet.



Anne Hathaway

Gown: Black Gucci halter dress
Even though Anna Hathaway was not nominated this year, it was no excuse for her to slack off because indeed she picked out a BEAUTIFUL dress! It is just gorgeous, simple at the bottom yet decorated perfectly at the top by not too much or anything at all, a great pick for the Oscars.



Emma Watson

Gown: Silvery black Vera Wang dress.
Emma Watson's dress is another stunning gown in which again shows a dress can be beautiful without too many flashy things. Her gown's fabric contains sparkly material that makes it shine at the red carpet and kinda makes a backwards ombre due to her top being grey-ish and the bottom part to be black,just amazing.



Leonardo DiCaprio
Nomination: Best Actor for his role in The Wolf of Wall Street.
Attire: Giorgio Armani  midnight blue wool two-button tuxedo 
DiCaprio arrived looking amazing at the red carpet with his Giorgio Aarmani tuxedo, not with a tie but with a bow that was placed and made perfectly.It is a great pick along with his hairstyle, it fits him very well indeed. 



Joseph Gordon-Levitt

Attire: Calvin Klein tuxedo .
Joseph Gordon-Levitt presented himself very classy as a presenter for the Oscars, no need to tell him how to dress since he obviously knows how to, his Calvin Klein tuxedo is gorgeous, especially how the fabric makes the tuxedo seen as if it shines or able to change colors between black and grey. 

 

Having a Valentine's Date??????

  The month of February is arriving in no more than two days and everyone knows that it is the month that symbolizes love and friendship.But what if you have a date and do not know what to wear? Or maybe you just want to dress up just for the occasion and go out with friends, because really who needs a date, just kidding, but there is absolutely nothing wrong in not having one because you can still have fun on this day.
  We all know that red is the primary color for valentines but it would be really lame if everyone wore red on February 14, so lets add some other colors that will not only fit for the day but not cause you to blend into the crowd.  The combining of other colors with red is the best way to go, for example red and pink with a touch of black or even without it, red and black alone, black and white with red and many more that you can think off that fit to your liking, below are just some ideas of the dresses that could be worn.
  

But what if you do not want to wear a dress? No problem her are some ideas for the women who are rebels of this day!





What about skirts?


  Now you have some ideas on outfits you could wear on Valentine's Day now to move to the next step, hair and make up.  Make up for Valentine's Day is something crucial and its turn out all depends on the person, just like any day but this time you probably want to astonish more, therefore, have an idea on how you want to look and be perceived as, cute or sexy.

  To be viewed as cute, try not to wear heavy make up, no dark colors. The colors that you will use are going to be soft and light for example eye shadow must be light pink, white, light yellow, and light brown. You don't have to necessarily wear eye shadow just put some eyeliner on the top of your eyelids, but make the eyeliner visible but not so thick that it looks wrong, and create and cat eye look. If you don't want top eyeliner you can add some on the bottom and like the picture on the left, you can add some soft light colors to make your look different but cute. For the lips you can have some light pink lip gloss or soft red that can be close to orange. 

  For sexy, add some darker colors for your eye shadow, like brown, purple, pink and create some what of a smokey eye but don not make too dark, you can add some eyeliner as well and create a wing. For the lips you can make them pink or red. If you don not want to wear eye shadow but still go for the sexy look then just create the cat eye look and wear red lipstick and you are ready to go.

For the hair you might want to create some soft curls and either let you hair loose or fix your hair up a bit below are some ideas for the hair.
